Hospitals across the state are working to improve the quality of the care they deliver - and share meaningful information about that care with the public. While these patient safety efforts go on within individual hospitals, they also happen through a variety of partnerships and forums, including the Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety and MHA's Patient Safety Committee.

The Minnesota Hospital Association "Good Catch for Patient Safety" award
is presented to Minnesota hospital staff and physicians who demonstrate their commitment to keeping patients safe by "speaking up" to prevent potential harm to a patient.
Individuals and/or team members selected to receive the award will be recognized by MHA annually, quarterly and throughout the year.
Nominate an employee within your hospital: [DOC].
